Vintage Game Used Riddell TK5 Kra-Lite Football Helmet Purdue Boilermakers?

Rare original and Vintage Riddell TK-5 Game Used suspension Football Helmet from 1964 as shown by the date stamp in the helmet.

Amazing rare find! This beauty was acquired from a collector who believed it was used by Purdue University from the 1960s due to the gold paint, which is consistent with Purdue gamers. This helmet has an original Riddell BD-9 face mask added, and then was customized with decals as used by Purdue during later years. Helmet appears to have had a layer of clearcoat added as well. Will make a nice project helmet.

Suspension is a size 7.
