Miami Dolphins authentic RIDDell Classic RK2 helmet!

This beautiful specimen has it all, bearing appropriate thin mil decals and striping of the Miami Dolphins as worn by the Dolphins during their historic run of dominance and excellence from the late 1960s through the mid-1970s.

This beautiful specimen has been customized to represent the helmet worn by fan favorite and Hall of Fame quarterback Bob Griese during his rookie season. Helmet comes with the appropriate Dungard style facemask worn by Griese for most of his career. See pictures for reference only and not included with purchase.

Also included is Griese’s #12 in correct size and font, correctly placed on the rear striping.

Also found is the classic RIDDell RK2 sticker in the inside of the helmet. Please see photos for outstanding condition of this helmet! This helmet displays beautifully!

About the Classic RK2 Football Helmets-

A classic step back in time! The classic shape of the RK's slightly flared shell is truly complemented by the handsome metal rivets. These helmets are recently manufactured with an adult size 7 3/8 suspension webbing is identical to the original right down to the same brown thread that was used to stitch it together.

Thin mil decals exactly as the originals, real leather jaw pads, gray toned strap makes this helmet indistinguishable from the original and they are painted gray inside just as the Riddell vintage originals from the 1960's.
