MacGregor E644 Authentic Original Suspension Football Helmet (Texas) Longhorns

Rare, vintage and original MacGregor E644 suspension helmet from the 1940s with wrap around leather jaw pads! This beautiful specimen is quite rare in its own right, and hard shell helmets with wrap around jaw pads intact and in good condition are highly sought after. This beauty comes with original and vintage burnt orange decals applied to both sides of the shell. While we are quite sure this is not a game used Texas Longhorns helmet, the decals do appear to be authentic decals as used by the Longhorns when compared to other examples we have had. Nice! Will make a stunning display, and looks like it just came off the field!
