Game Used NFL, Riddell Kra-Lite, and Miscellaneous Helmets: Vintage Riddell Kra-Lite RK-4 Dallas Cowboys Football Helmet Circa 1965 with cage mask

Very rare authentic and vintage Riddell Kra-Lite RK-4 helmet from the mid 1960s. This beauty, with the older six-spoke suspension padding, shows game use of scrapes and dings under the recently applied coat of Cowboys silver paint on the outside. This size 7 ¼, heavy helmet, has RIDDell and KRA-LITE engraved on the rear, and is a beautiful helmet from the Golden Era of professional football, as shown by the flared ears of the helmet. Helmet also has a lineman “cage” style face mask just like Bob Lilly and Jethro Pugh wore, and authentic vintage leather jaw pads. To complete this amazing piece, the Cowboys striping is the correct blue (not the navy color used today) of the 1964-66 teams, and the decal is 2-piece and layered just as was used then. Not a Cowboys gamer, but another helmet that looks the part and is sure to impress!
