1976 RIddell PAC-3 Kra-Lite II Football Helmet - Vintage Texas Longhorns Decals

Authentic Riddell PAC-3 Kra-Lite II football helmet manufactured in August 1976 as shown by the date stamping. Helmet is black impregnated and painted white, with size 6 7/8 sticker found inside shell. RIDDell PAC-3 helmets bearing the Kra-Lite II heat stamping on the rear as this helmet has are quite rare and collectible in their own right.

This helmet came to us bearing the iconic burnt orange steer head decals off the Texas Longhorns.

Helmet comes with authentic size large Riddell leather jaw pads, Schutt style reproduction OPO facemask, and has been customized by adding #17 on rear of helmet in correct style, color, size and font.

Please note we have no history on this helmet and are not claiming it was issued or used by the University of Texas, but the decals show appropriate wear and shrinkage due to use and age for this age helmet, and they are correct for that era. At this price, just put it on the shelf or mantle and enjoy the conversations!
